COVID-19 FAQs

When will Wildwood Snowmass resume full operations?

We will reopen on December 16, 2021. As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority, and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

Upon reopening, we will have enhanced cleaning protocols, masks, and gloves for staff, plus temperature checks for staff, social distancing measures in place, and signage throughout public spaces.

To make sure our staff has the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate, the Wildwood Snowmass leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local health departments, as well as other global health organizations.

We are currently closed until December 16, 2021. We will continue to update this page as we start to welcome guests.

A Message from the General Manager

I appreciate the trust you place in our hotel and staff when you stay with us. The security and safety of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.

Wildwood Snowmass was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind, and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.

While there have been no cases reported at Wildwood Snowmass, in an abundance of caution, our leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state and local health departments, and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

I know I speak for every member of our Snowmass family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers — both personally and professionally. I want you to know that you can continue to rely on us. So, the next time we have the privilege of welcoming you to Wildwood Snowmass, you can know our commitment remains as steadfast as ever.
